About the Founder
Meet Laciana M. Arrington, MSN, RN, dedicated founder and CEO of Healing Haven Home Care – Georgia. With over two decades of experience in healthcare, Laciana’s passion and commitment to patient care and the well-being of others shines effortlessly through in all she does.
In her many years of working as an RN, she trained and worked as a Medical/Surgical, Emergency Room, and Intensive Care Unit nurse. Working in the ICU, particularly, brought her immense fulfillment in being able to nurse her patients from head to toe while understanding the physiology of various disease processes. Nothing made Laciana happier than to see those patients make a complete recovery.
Driven by a desire to see her patients’ health thrive further, Laciana pursued certification and expertise in the field of Healthcare Technology. This unique blend of nursing and IT knowledge has enabled her to leverage technology to effectively deliver compassionate care to her clients over the last decade.
Beyond her nursing career, Laciana is a multifaceted professional, serving as a serial entrepreneur and a licensed Life Insurance Broker. Through her accomplishments, she provides families with security and financial protection to alleviate financial stress during difficult times.
